Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 1-2 business days hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

noirbynolan.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)

Damages

noirbynolan.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Returns/Refunds

All services and physical products are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service discounted10%.

The service must be a mistake from the service provider... not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed). In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Company to receive a consultation to adjust any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past the initial service date.

 It is important you contact the Company as soon as you are unhappy so we can schedule you as soon as possible for a corrective service.
