TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By engaging Noir by Nolan, LLC, you agree to the following:

1. Services

Noir by Nolan provides creative and strategic services including photography, videography, social media management, and marketing consulting. Specific deliverables, timelines, and scope will be defined in written agreements or proposals.

2. Contracts & Retainers

Some engagements require formal contracts or retainers. Retainer terms, scope, and duration will be outlined in writing prior to the start of work.

3. Payments

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Payments are due before services are rendered.

  • Late or missed payments may result in paused work or delayed deliverables.

  • All payments are processed via the invoice sent from Squarespace.

4. Intellectual Property

  • Noir by Nolan retains ownership of all creative work unless otherwise specified by contract.

  • Upon full payment, clients are granted a limited license to use final deliverables as agreed.

  • RAW files are not included unless explicitly stated.

  • Noir by Nolan reserves the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely feedback, approvals, and required materials. Delays caused by the client may impact timelines without penalty to Noir by Nolan.

6. Cancellations & Termination

Either party may terminate services in accordance with the terms outlined in the applicable agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain due.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noir by Nolan shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles
